The difficulties that I face in the comparison between race and religion is that people sometimes stereotype the humans with a specific race which have a definite religion. For instance, I noticed that Malay people are stereotyped in having an Islam religion. To be honest, I would sometimes think that way. This could be done due to the influence of the Internet, friends and maybe even cults. Changing this perspective would be difficult for me due to my influences. However, this UWC Short Course has changed me in ways that I couldn’t have imagined. My opinion on race and religion are completely different now. My identity is a vast variety of attributes that I barely know of. My quick judging skills have doomed me and I hope this course can impact me in positive ways. Hala UWC Short Course!!

I think that The Parastoo Theatre Workshop gave me a very impactful experience towards me. They taught me that a person needs to know about himself so that he could run his own program, movement, and even principle. Furthermore, they taught me how to speak some Afghani language so that I could interact with my Afghani friends using their language. Not only that, The Parastoo Theatre managed to unite the refugees and the civillians in our country. Moreover, The Parastoo changed many refugee from a shyster into an actor with confidence. To ensure that the Parastoo Theatre Team could fulfill their goal with is to be famous in our country, maybe I will ask permission from my school principal to allow the Parastoo Theatre Team to give a talk in my school so that everybody in the school could understand what is REFUGEES!

Living on the earth just like a spinning wheel, sometimes you are at the top and also at the bottom.
Just like us sometimes we win or happy or and sometimes we will also lose or sad.
So, no matter who are we, or what you believe in.
You need to accept it.
Just learn how to appreciate and be grateful for any of that moment.
That is life. Nothing is perfect.
So, just continue and be strong facing with it.
